Location: Kenwood, OH Schedule: October 2015 – June 2016 Customer: Hines Architect: GBBN HGC Construction acted as the construction manager on the interior and exterior remodel of the Towers of Kenwood office building in Kenwood, Ohio. HGC updated the dated front entry, outdoor seating areas and courtyard on the exterior of the 30 year old Class A office building. In the interior, HGC refreshed the Atrium-style lobby and the elevator lobby on the first floor. Renovations included fitted wood wraps over existing structures fabricated by Stanton Millworks.
