Location: Cincinnati, OH Construction Schedule: January 2021 – November 2021 Customer: 3CDC Architect and/or Engineer: City Studios Architecture This renovation of historic buildings brings 16 condo units to Court Street in addition to three street-level commercial spaces. The project complements the recent renovation of the streetscape, also completed by HGC. Check out the Court Street Pedestrian Plaza This project required a complete gutting of two historic buildings. This project required significant structural work to stabilize structures and connect buildings. The Court Street South building required demolition of its original elevator shaft. A small structure at the rear of the building was also torn down and rebuilt due to its poor condition. The Vine Street building demanded rebuilding an exterior masonry wall due to significant settling over time. Check out another mixed-use project in a vibrant urban area. One building is on Court Street, and the other is around the corner on Vine Street. The project will be renamed The Stanley and Moore Flats. The units are primarily one-bedroom, one-bathroom units. The Vine Street first-floor space is ready to be leased as retail/office space, while the Court Street building is well-suited and prepared for a first-floor restaurant space.
