Check out another recent office renovation with a large central stair. The scope of the Stagnaro Distributing renovation involved a rebuild of the 15,000 SF office within the 100,000 SF warehouse to better reflect the company’s brand. Program included the first floor and the mezzanine area. The two floors achieved better connection through the construction of a new stair and bridge. The atrium containing this central stair increased natural lighting with new large windows. A living wall further enhanced this airy environment.
