The Cincinnati Preservation Association’s Annual Preservation Awards were held on Sunday, November 15 and recognized HGC’s work transforming The Jeweler’s Exchange Building into The Kinley Hotel. Learn more about The Kinley. These awards recognize outstanding accomplishments in local preservation rehabilitation, craftsmanship, and education. The event honored 11 local projects for their outstanding accomplishments, with the Kinley Hotel receiving a Rehabilitation Award. Explore another Preservation Award-winning project The Kinley Hotel is a nine-story hotel previously known as the Jewelers Exchange Building. The 62,000 SF structure was built in 1915 and was recently converted into a luxury boutique hotel. HGC served as the Construction Manager on the project.
