The Kinley Hotel is a nine-story hotel previously known as the Jewelers Exchange Building. The 62,000 SF structure was built in 1915 and was recently converted into a luxury boutique hotel. HGC served as the Construction Manager on the project. The project was completed in early October, and held its formal ribbon cutting ceremony on October 22.
