HGC Construction helped consolidate their operations into one warehouse via renovation of an existing office/warehouse into their new corporate headquarters. New installations included tongue and groove wood slats, painted and glass wall panels, and a combination of carpet tile, ceramic tile, and luxury vinyl tile. The millshop, Stanton Millworks (also a member of the HGC Group of Companies) contributed ipe exterior wood for a sleek finish to the entry facade. Gorilla Glue and O’Keefe’s laboratories were also renovated. The crew worked to meet a tight completion schedule while the space was still occupied.
