North College Hill is a small and close-knit community about ten miles north of Cincinnati. Their school district, North College Hill City Schools, serves 1,500 students through three school buildings. With changes in technology and community needs, they recognized the need to upgrade their Board of Education Facility. HGC is the construction manager, working with frequent partner SHP to perform the upgrades. Explore HGC’s other education projects. Scope includes: Installing a 2-story elevator on the west side of the existing building Replacing all existing doors and frames to create a new fire-rated corridor in the lower level Fire Alarm system upgrades Cosmetic updates, including fixtures HGC is proud to be working with SHP and North College Hill City Schools to help a community serve better serve its families.
