Their school district, North College Hill City Schools, serves 1,500 students through three school buildings. With changes in technology and community needs, they recognized the need to upgrade their Board of Education Facility. HGC is the construction manager [3], working with frequent partner SHP [4] to perform the upgrades.

Scope includes:
- Installing a 2-story elevator on the west side of the existing building
- Replacing all existing doors and frames [6] to create a new fire-rated corridor in the lower level
- Fire Alarm system upgrades
- Cosmetic updates, including fixtures
