Lean construction is a methodology of construction that is driven by the reduction of waste and adding value in our projects. HGC utilizes a Lean tool known as the Last Planner System as our main vehicle of achieving the reduction of waste and addition of value. The Last Planner System drives a consistent delivery of a project that produces a more reliable schedule, which reduces overall project cost and provides a safer work environment for our team members.
