Artis Senior Living Breaks Ground in Pennsylvania

HGC Construction broke ground this week on the Artis Senior Living, LLC facility in Bethel Park, PA. The 72-bed memory care facility is a community for seniors affected by Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

The single-story, 34,000 SF community is located just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Artis facilities are set up to include a central core area, known as the Town Center, surrounded by four distinct neighborhoods that serve as personalized living spaces with their own dining room, kitchen and porch. Each Town Center features many amenities, including a neighborhood center, an activity studio, a health center, and a beauty salon and barbershop.

HGC Construction has partnered with Artis on the Green Township facility in Mason, Ohio as well as the under construction Bridgetown, Ohio facility with more to come in the future.
