Location: Cincinnati, OH Construction Schedule: January 2017 – October 2018 Customer: Hyde Park Golf and Country Club Architect and/or Engineer: RWA Architects HGC Role: General Contractor HGC completed a three-phase project at Hyde Park Country Club. During Phase I, HGC completed the renovations of the existing locker rooms, giving the spaces a new and modern look, and added new showers, restrooms, and a family area. Phase II was completed by Memorial Day 2018. The Country Club gained a new pool and four new buildings just in time for the 2018 swim season. The four new buildings consist of a concession area, new children’s changing areas with restrooms, a new entry building, and a pool equipment building alongside the new pool. Phase III provided updated tennis, pickle ball, and paddle tennis courts. A new paddle tennis building replaced an older, outdated facility and was completed in October of 2018. Hyde Park Country Club members occupied the Club and golf course throughout construction. HGC adhered to strict safety standards within this complicated site to ensure the safety of employees and Club members. The size and nature of the project called for extreme site constraints and tight deadlines. HGC worked diligently to eliminate any disruption of facilities, especially golf course operations, during the 2018 pool and golfing seasons.
