The second phase of the Madeira High School [1] renovation nears completion as the performing arts space receives its final touches. The 496-seat auditorium, designed by MSA Design, is the focal point of the renovation project.

The school district is excited to have modern technology to enhance theater and music events. The Madeira High School performing arts renovation will also benefit assemblies and guest speakers.

HGC has been working in the large suburban school district since late May. The first phase renovated several of the school’s existing spaces. That scope wrapped up in September, and students have been enjoying the updated space.
