Factory 52

Factory 52 is the game-changing renovation and redevelopment of the former U.S. Playing Card Company factory. HGC is the Construction Manager for this $80MM+ project which will bring new multi-family, retail, food, and entertainment to the City of Norwood.

The Strietmann Center. A large, historic building at the corner of a mid-sized city intersection. The building is brick, painted a dark blue-gray, except for the street-level. At the street level, the side with lots of windows and storefront entrances is painted white, while the side facing the camera and having smaller windows and only one entrance is the blue-gray painted brick. There are six stories, each with lots of windows. The windows have white stone above it. The sky is blue with one wisp of a cloud above the building.
