Location: West Chester, OH Schedule: 6 Months Customer: Level 3 Communications / Time Warner Telecom Size: 3,650 SF Architect: Cornette/Violetta Architects, LLC HGC Construction provided design/build construction services to Level 3 Communications (previously Time Warner Telecom) for their Colocation facility in West Chester, Ohio. The scope of work included converting 3,650 SF of office space into a new facility. The project required additional power capacity for the building in order to match design requirements. The local energy company was engaged early to get required service build for the project to meet the deadline. This required constant pressure to push their process. HGC was able to cut costs for the client by stripping and sealing the concrete floor instead of putting in anti-static flooring. The client was also able to bring in equipment and start leasing space to their customers on schedule.
