Location: Cincinnati, OH Construction Schedule: 2012 Customer: Cincinnati Reds Architect and/or Engineer: MSA Sport The 5,000 SF team shop, was renovated to provide better traffic flow throughout the store. Visitors can now enter the store from the new storefront doors or overhead garage door. The store also has a new layout with cash wraps, acoustical ceilings, carpet and awnings around the store. HGC also modified the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and data/communication systems as needed to accommodate the new store layout. Project completed on a compressed schedule on a confined site.
