This two-phase design-build project included the renovation of an old existing warehouse and manufacturing building into a new office space for School Outfitters [2]. The project included space for furniture and equipment sales staff, a training room, kitchen area, outdoor eating space and an indoor parking garage. HGC Construction also aided in the master plan for the entire facility and build-out space for future expansion and leased spaces within the building.
