HGC Role: Construction Manager

HGC Construction has served as the construction manager on multiple renovation projects at Paul Brown Stadium, home of the Cincinnati Bengals.

  • Players’ Lounge & Suites: 7,600 SF renovation to expand luxury box seating.  The project created two standard suites and seven more named after the greatest players in club history, all sharing a “Players’ Lounge.” The suites open into a large “lounge” room with a private bar, area for entertaining, and five 50-inch plasma TVs.
  • Team Locker Rooms: Expansion and conversion of the player’s lounge into a team locker room which now houses more than 30 lockers for the players.  Player’s lockers were custom made by Stanton Millworks and the project was completed in under three months, just in time for the start of the Bengals season.
  • Who Dey Bar: Transformation of a plain, white masonry wall into a dynamic 80-foot long bar area along the east (visitor’s) side line.  MSA Architects’ remodel included the installation of wall and floor graphics, two video walls and a custom roof structure which cantilevers over the solid surface bar.
  • Who Dey Party Deck: Renovation included installation of new seating, decking and railings at the existing party deck and installation of new bar-height benches and aluminum drink rails.
