This 15,000 SF renovation  and fit-out of the historic Hooper Building in downtown Cincinnati created a new and modern coworking office space.
The final product includes a number of amenities for Novel Coworking tenants. This includes dedicated fiber Internet lines, a café and espresso bar, and access to a communal lounge with 20-foot ceilings. A main amenity space is about 4,000 square feet that can be used for clients to get out for meetings, lunch-and-learn events and corporate parties. There is also bike storage, storage rooms, wellness rooms, stocked kitchens, conference rooms on each floor and on-site staff. The building is expected to accommodate about 70 companies with a total of 200 to 300 employees.
