The 13,293 SF, five-story building was transformed into a ten-unit condo building with 1,200 SF of commercial space on the first floor. The units range from one to two bedroom condominiums and have great views and access to Washington Park and Downtown Cincinnati. All units are furnished with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, hardwood floors, tile showers, granite counter tops, basement storage and key code entry system. All units have access to the new rooftop deck overlooking Washington Park and Music Hall.
