Bagels Architect: Civitarese-Morgan Architecture HGC constructed two Einstein Bros. location at Union Centre Blvd. in West Chester and Calhoun St. in Clifton. These stores consisted of a dining area, coffee cafe, a drive-thru, and a small outdoor seating area. Working around an occupied space, HGC managed to add on a stone wall veneer, framing structure, and new roofing to the pre-existing exterior. Before the roof renovation, HGC had to do maintenance and cleaning on the roof in order to restore it to a workable condition. We self-performed demolition, blocking, doors & frames, hardware, rough framing, saw cutting, and removal of interior plumbing. We also resealed the pavement in the parking lot which was value engineered.
