Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: December 2004 – August 2005 Cost: $1,200,000 Customer: Dubois Bookstore Architect: Brashear Bolton HGC Construction provided Design-Build services for the DuBois Bookstore at the University of Cincinnati. The project included a 7,000 SF addition and renovations to the existing retail space and office areas, all while allowing uninterrupted bookstore operations. In addition to allowing for daily customer access, HGC accounted for peak demand times due to semester academic purchasing demands. The store, located on Calhoun Street, has been serving fans, UC students and alumni for over 40 years.
