This project included a tenant fit-out of a 32,000SF white box space at the Kenwood Collection tower that are the new offices for Assured Partners NL. The space, which includes the entire 5th floor, includes a new lobby, conference and training rooms, office space and kitchen area. Construction of the new offices includes partitions, updating MEP systems, ceilings, flooring and technology. With construction being located on the 5th floor, continuous coordination with the 4th floor tenant and the maintenance staff was critical with material deliveries almost daily. The project was competed under a very strict timeline. Making the right ceiling choices and working through the mechanical systems by rezoning and resizing the pumps saved the client over $15,000.
