Location: Mason, OH Construction Schedule: December 2013 – September 2014 Customer: Artis, LLC Size: 30,100 SF Architect and/or Engineer: LK Architecture Artis Senior Living of Mason is a high-quality assisted living and memory care facility serving individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. The new 30,100 SF, wood frame facility includes 64 private rooms. The facility is divided into four wings, each with their own dining room, kitchen and porch. Each wing includes 16 rooms and has its own unique design with a wide variety of furnishing components, including ornamental trims and details. Due to the many different furnishing components, great attention to detail was required. The senior living facility was completed on an aggressive schedule, which has been maintained, despite a harsh winter and a large amount of site work. HGC was able to overcome the harsh weather elements and keep the project on schedule. Amenities of the facility will include two courtyards, activity areas, health center, beauty shop, studio and community center.
