The Cincinnati Business Courier recently published the 20 Projects to Watch in 2022. The list describes projects set to reshape the region in the coming year. HGC is proud to have two projects included in this category.

First on the list is the Textile Building. This historic building, constructed in 1909, is situated on Fourth Street in downtown Cincinnati. The comprehensive renovation will transform it into 282 market-rate class A apartments. There will also be first-floor commercial space. The development could total $69 million, part of Downtown’s evolution into a livable community.

Number five on the list is the expansion to Sugarcreek Packing’s corporate headquarters in Blue Ash. The project will expand the campus and includes five buildings. A key aspect of the project is a new event center. This center will host meetings and be available for philanthropic purposes. Anticipated completion is late 2022, though the project team is aware of the complications posed by material shortages. [7]
