On October 15, HGC Construction celebrated the groundbreaking of the Centre College [1] Initiative for Wellness and Athletic Excellence. Despite miserably gloomy weather, spirits were high in Danville, Kentucky. The ceremony took place indoors with a custom-built trough and the groundbreaking occurred in more symbolic and less damp way.

This project is the school’s largest, most comprehensive construction project to date: a $50MM and 135,000-square-foot facility. The project includes indoor aquatics, indoor track and turf infield, offices, hospitality and engagement, and renovations to the existing Ferris Stadium.
