HGC is working on The Pitch Cincy, a new soccer-themed sports bar coming soon near the highly anticipated FC Cincinnati Stadium. Boone County Bourbon Press Club is another sports bar our teams recently completed. Located on Central Parkway, the building was previously used as a church. This extensive renovation converts the space into a two-story bar with a connected one-story building, rooftop patio, with a courtyard in the back. The final product will be 11,000 SF of usable space. Check out renderings of the final space. This 2019 project in downtown Cincinnati features a stunning second-story patio. The project team includes Luminaut as architect, a frequent partner with HGC. They previously worked together on Our Lord Christ the King, and are wrapping up The Fidelity Building and The Ingalls Building. Go behind the scenes with HGC and Luminaut at the Ingalls Building. Thus far the team has completed extensive demolition to open the space. They have also completed framing for the new layout and expect to complete MEP rough-in soon. HGC is known for its commitment to sustainability and repurposing materials. Wood found in the building prior to demolition will be repurposed on the front of the first-floor bar.
