After the success of the new construction of The Schiff Center [1], HGC will soon be returning to the same campus. HGC will be Construction Manager for the upcoming renovation of The Seven Hills School Middle School. [2]

The renovations are intended to support the growing student population. The existing building is 31 years old and was constructed when enrollment was 160 students. Now with a student body of 255, the building requires upgrades.
HGC recently renovated La Salle High School [5]
The design, created by frequent HGC partner SHP, will support the exploratory approach to learning that The Seven Hills School is known for. It will place each grade strategically on similar floors. It will also create common gathering spaces for each grade, supporting the “community within a community” concept.

The team is hopeful that construction will begin in June of 2021. If so, the upcoming renovation of The Seven Hills School Middle School should be completed in late spring of 2022.
