On September 3, 2020 Cincinnati City Council granted final approval for a new Court Street development. The $8.8MM project in downtown Cincinnati is being led by 3CDC. It will reimagine Court Street as a more pedestrian-friendly destination.  The project will widen sidewalks, remove the median, and reduce on-street parking. It will also create more space for outdoor dining and other open-air events.

HGC and 3CDC go way back. See the project that started it all…

Construction is expected to kick off in the fall and wrap up in Spring of 2021. HGC Construction will act as the Construction Manager at Risk, partnering with Woolpert and Human Nature as the design team. The final product will feature space for a stage at the intersection of Court and Vine, as well as public art installations near the streetcar station.

The HGC team is excited to be part of another chapter of growth and development in Cincinnati’s core. Read more about the project in the Business Courier.
