The Taft Museum of Art [3] is a 200 year old Historic house and former residence of prominent Cincinnatian Charles Phelps Taft. The home has received several additions over the years. The HGC Team is working to remove and replace the HVAC system that feeds the 2004 addition. This particular addition holds offices for staff, public common areas, and artwork storage.

The artwork storage is what makes this task so important. The conditioning of artwork storage rooms is critical to keeping the artwork preserved. The team needed to set a temporary RTU in place so that the temperature of the art storage rooms would not change during the transition between old and new systems.
