The Fidelity Building in Norwood, Ohio, is on track to welcome office tenants as early as the end of the year. The multi-million dollar development, which creates an event space in addition to offices, is revitalizing two older structures that were combined—the 1920s original structure, and a 1950s addition.
The office spaces occupy the top two floors of the three-story building. The 5,000 SF floors will be white-boxed and available for lease by Fall 2020. Tenants will be be able to move in with all systems in place, including electrical and mechanical. Tenants then can then lay out the office to fit their needs while renovations to the first-floor event space continue through the end of the year.
Each floor is set up to have its own entrance and controlled access to each floor. This feature was in the original plans, but has become even more desirable during the coronavirus outbreak. Project Executive Jake Suer, PE, has noticed organizations reducing unnecessary physical interactions within an office space. This layout is ideal for whatever the future brings.
