They will revitalize the former Fidelity Professional Building. The abandoned building will be converted into an event center and class A office space. HGC is the Contractor on the project.

This redevelopment is a multi-million-dollar investment. The project covers two buildings that have been combined—the 1920s original structure, and a 1950s addition. The first floor will become the 7,200 SF event center, with the other floors being white-boxed into office space. The project is moving forward in the face of the COVID-19 health crisis, while taking every precaution to protect workers and the public.

HGC crews are currently completing interior demo, as well as punching openings for new windows and a new storefront. The interior design is being finalized, particularly the high-end finishes that will be included in the event center. There are plans to re-purpose one of the former bank’s historic vaults as a bar area.
