Maple Knoll Village is a full-service retirement community located in Springdale, OH. Part of the Maple Knoll Communities, Inc, the community is expanding. HGC Construction is the Construction Manager for Coventry Court Villas, a new construction of three multi-family senior independent living buildings totaling 14 new units. Construction began in September 2019 and is progressing well, with completion anticipated for September 2020. Explore other Senior Living projects in HGC’s portfolio. The site work is 75% complete, with the majority of site utilities being installed, and rough grading of the future Maplewood Lane having been installed. Other recent project milestones include: Building C Pouring the concrete slab for Building C Beginning the exterior wood wall framing, performed by HGC’s Self-Perform work force. Building B Finalizing foundation walls, with underslab utilities. Prepping for concrete slab pour. Building A Concrete footings poured Foundation walls formed Once HGC crews frame the exterior walls of Building C, one crew will move onto framing Building B exterior walls while a second crew will stay on Building C to frame the roof trusses/interior partitions. This method will continue throughout all three buildings until framing is completed. Once completed, each unit will be roughly 1,750 sq. ft. with a single car garage and will consist of two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a covered porch or three-season room.
