The renovations are taking place while the facility is fully occupied. For this reason, the project requires the utmost care for logistics and safety. The project team is closely coordinating with facility staff and administration. By using the Lean/Last Planning system, the team is encouraged to be exceptionally transparent and collaborative. This drives the production of a more reliable schedule, which is key in keeping every person on the same page and creating a safer work environment for everyone near the job site.

The scope of the project includes:
- (3) different additions totaling 11,500 SF
- Renovation work on 20,500 SF of existing building

Currently, the crew has the steel erected for (1) of the additions, and they will have that addition dried in early next week. They also recently broke ground and started exterior work on the other (2) additions.

The final project is expected to be complete by October 2020, and will add (18) new resident rooms, as well as new physical therapy, fitness, dining area, kitchen, and loading dock additions.
