The Strietmann is a GO in OTR

Construction has officially commenced on the Grandin Properties ^[1]‘ Strietmann renovation in Over-the-Rhine. The 90,000 SF historic Strietmann ^[2] Biscuit Co Building located at 221 W. 12th St is being redeveloped into an office and retail development. Grandin Properties received the long-awaited $1.2 million Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit on June 28th. Renovations on the building expect to be near $12 million.

We are pleased to be the Construction Manager on this project. The seven-story building is expected to be complete by the end of 2017. Grandin Properties created a video highlighting their vision for the development below.
