Prior to construction of the new building, HGC cleared the site and demolished the existing structures. Once clear, construction could begin on the 2-acre site. In total, the new building contains 76 assisted living units and 33 memory care units. It has a full salon, restaurant-grade kitchen, bar, movie theater, and fitness center as well as two large community dining and gathering areas overlooking a two-story atrium at the main entry. The site also features two walking areas with large gardens.
