This two-phase design-build project included the renovation of an old existing warehouse and manufacturing building into a new office space for School Outfitters. The project included space for furniture and equipment sales staff, a training room, kitchen area, outdoor eating space and an indoor parking garage. HGC Construction also aided in the master plan for the entire facility and build-out space for future expansion and leased spaces within the building.

An open office space. A cluster of cubicles are centered in a large open space with hardwood floors. Gray checkered rugs mark the walkway around the cubicle space. The back walls have large windows, looking out on green wooded space. The exterior walls are exposed red brick and the window frames are rustic wood. The ceiling displays exposed ducts. Support beams throughout the room are black. Fluorescent lighting illuminates the bright space.
An open office space, mixing the aesthetics of modern and rustic. A large U-shaped piece of furniture is in the center. The inside is upholstered in gray and red and serves as a bench, the top has a shelf extending around it, allowing the piece of furniture to double as a bar. Tall goldenrod stools sit around the bar. In the distance are beige arm chairs, wooden support beans, and lots of windows.
An open office space. In the foreground can be seen a common space with modular seating. A corner partition implies a wall, in front of which is a corner bench made of modular pieces upholstered in red on the backs and black on the seats. Elsewhere can be seen backless mustard yellow square seats. In the distance are eight cubicles. Hard wood floors cover the space, with a bit of gray checkered rug visible under the cubicle area. Exposed brick can be seen along the left exterior wall, and exposed wooden supports cut through the room. The ceiling is exposed beam work. Mixed with the colorful common area, the space has a modern rustic aesthetic.
A small conference room. The walls are windowed, making the space feel bigger and brighter. A wooden conference table with one phone in the center takes up most of the room. Eight large black office chairs surround the table. A dry erase board is on the far wall, which shows some exposed red brick. Gray checkered rug covers the floor. The windows are framed in light wood, and the walls are a very pale gray, almost white.
