The renovation of Saengerhalle, named for an OTR music venue in the 19th century, features the complete renovation of three abutting historic structures and a new addition. The original Saengerhalle was built at 14th and Elm Streets, where Music Hall sits today.

The project brought more than 32,000 SF of office and restaurant space to the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. The new addition is a steel structure with three floors tying into the rear of the existing buildings. The renovation of the existing buildings included complete removal of the interior with new layouts to provide accommodations for several future tenants.

HGC Construction also completed several of the office suites within the building including: Northpointe Group, 3CDC, Vitrue, Platte Architecture + Design, Necco, KMK and Samplesaint, Zula Restaurant & Bar and Bayer Becker.
