Known as a Cincinnati favorite, Greater’s has been around since 1870. In 2006, HGC Construction teamed up with Cincinnati’s favorite ice cream company to build the first new Graeter’s company owned store in more than 20 years. The 3,200 SF store, located in Deerfield Township, is the first store outside I-275 that offers the full-line of products that includes pastries, candy and ice cream. HGC also provided construction management services for the new Graeter’s store at Fountain Square. The store, located on the first floor in the southwest portion of the Fifth Third Center Tower, features pastries, candy and ice cream and has a large dining area for customers with a view of the Tyler Davidson Fountain. As Graeter’s expands into additional markets in the US, HGC is going with them. New stores have opened in Columbus, Cleveland, Chicago, and Pittsburgh.
