Location: Sharonville, OH Customer: Gorilla Glue Project Cost: $3,500,000 Architect: M+A Architects Size: 80,000 SF The Gorilla Glue Company relocated its operations to Sharonville, Ohio. HGC Construction helped consolidate their operations into one warehouse via renovation of an existing office/warehouse into their new corporate headquarters. New installations included tongue and groove wood slats, painted and glass wall panels, and a combination of carpet tile, ceramic tile, and luxury vinyl tile. Our millshop, Stanton Millworks contributed ipe exterior wood for a sleek finish to the entry facade. Gorilla Glue and O’Keefe’s laboratories were also renovated. The crew worked to meet a tight completion schedule while the space was still occupied. The remodel of the laboratories involved sophisticated mechanical and electrical work as well as the interior renovation.
