The Duncanson Lofts are located in the Gateway Quarter of Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood.  This project included the renovation of six historic buildings into 25 new urban living lofts/condominiums and 9,450 SF of street level retail space. The building is named for Robert Scott Duncanson, an influential, 19th century, African-American painter responsible for many of the murals in the Taft Museum of Art.
