Location: Cincinnati, OH Schedule: July 2006 – August 2007 Customer: 3CDC / NorthPointe Group Size: 12,448 SF Architect: Wichman Gunther Architects Awards: ABC Excellence in Construction – Award of Excellence The Duncanson Lofts are located in the Gateway Quarter of Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. This project included the renovation of six historic buildings into 25 new urban living lofts/condominiums and 9,450 SF of street level retail space. The building is named for Robert Scott Duncanson, an influential, 19th century, African-American painter responsible for many of the murals in the Taft Museum of Art.
