As a teenager, Mike Huseman helped his grandfather, company founder Richard Huseman, by doing odd jobs, such as prying nails from used lumber to be refitted for concrete forms on new building sites. In 2002, Mike’s father, Ray Huseman, stepped back from day-to-day running of the business, and Mike became a co-owner with the top management and president.
 
Through three generations, the company has followed the sustainable building practices and high level of workmanship that built its reputation. Today, HGC is expanding its full-spectrum commercial construction services into new regions of the country.
