WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY? 

Treat others like you want to be treated and success comes to those who work hard and earn it.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ASPECT OF WORKING AT HGC CONSTRUCTION?

The people. I’ve made quite a few friends and I stay in touch with them even if they’re no longer at HGC.

Also the field staff. We have one of the most hard-working and dedicated field staff out there.

ACROSS YOUR CAREER, WHAT HAS CHANGED THE MOST IN THE INDUSTRY?

My career is still pretty young, but I would say just how each project seems to have a faster schedule than the last.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO ON YOUR DAYS OFF?

Hang out at Indian Lake with my family.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO (FOR A CAREER) IF YOU WEREN’T DOING THIS? 

No idea, I’m the best at what I do now.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

At work I’m very proud of the large projects we’ve completed successfully as a team, and at home I’m very proud of my family, especially my wife & parents.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW HIRE?

Work as hard as possible to get the job done and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
