Observation and exposure to as much as possible are key to understanding everything from different personal perspectives, job tasks, and solving problems.

The communal desire for growth and improvement as well as the variety of projects and experiences.

ACROSS YOUR CAREER, WHAT HAS CHANGED THE MOST IN THE INDUSTRY?

Technology is an exponential curve and even though I am still in early years, it is clear the impact technology has had and the potential it has to continue.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO ON YOUR DAYS OFF?

Travel, hiking, outdoor recreation.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO (FOR A CAREER) IF YOU WEREN’T DOING THIS?

In grad school, I had a focus in renewable energy, so probably something related to that.

I have been to over a dozen different countries and frequently watch for opportunities to visit others.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO A NEW HIRE?

Ask questions and find ways to take ownership of tasks. Both will help aid in learning as much as you can.
