Old-School Techniques Get the Job Done

When it comes to renovating a building that’s been standing for well over a century, it only makes sense to use old-school techniques for the job.

“The building itself is sound as any building you will ever find out there, if not more sound. But most buildings don’t live to be 100 year plus old. This one did” said George Fryman. He is our HGC Construction Project Superintendent who is overseeing Grandin Properties’ $16 million renovation of the historic structure.
