HGC Construction + SHP Leading Design Partner on Covington Parklets

Covington Parklets are located on the streets of MainStrasse in Covington, KY. Established by Curb’d, parklets are a way to demonstrate different ways a public space can be used to support people opposed to just cars. HGC partnered with SHP Leading Design on Mountain Tunnel Xylophone located at Stoney’s Village Toy Shoppe in Mainstrauss. Superintendent, Charles DeWald, drove the project from the HGC side providing space for building the parklet and craftsmanship to help bring the installation to life. The parklet will be available for viewing and play until October.
