$22 Million Local Senior Housing Community

A Chicago-based real estate developer is partnering with an affiliate of Goldman, Sachs & Co. to develop a 101-unit senior housing community in Deerfield Township. They have chosen HGC Construction as the General Contractor on the project.

The new community, to be developed by CA Ventures LLC’s senior housing platform, CA Senior LLC, will have 68 assisted living units and 33 memory care units. The $22 million development is expected to be complete in the summer of 2017. Senior Lifestyle Corp., a national operator of senior living communities, will manage the Deerfield Township community. The Sheridan at Mason will be located at 5373 Merten Drive.
